Personal data

I studied nutritional science and received my PhD at the University of Giessen, Germany. After that I started my professional career 1990 in the scientific department of a renowned baby food company in Germany. In this company I worked in different positions – besides the scientific department – e.g. in marketing, communications and public relations. During the last six years I operated in the international scientific area of this company. Since January 2010 I am working as a freelancer.
